Focus:

Warhorse Productions is located in the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma. We specialize in guerilla-style filmmaking, festival and theatrical stage plays, independent literary productions, special events, and creative thinking. We have a 113-acre ranch available for film productions or special events interested in outdoor settings for forest, meadow, ravine, creek, and other scenery with a trail system connecting areas. Most of the trails were built in the old style by pick axe, clearing stones, and lining the trails with chosen stones and fallen trees, so would suit period pieces or current times. The caretaker of the ranch has years of experience in film, television, stage, creative writing, lighting, set design, sound, editing, and production, and is also a trained fire brigade member with specialties in wild fires and pressure fires from the University of Reno Fire Science Academy. Also located at the property is the Working Dog Ranch, which specializes in training the Dogstars for defense, security, and film work. The Dogstars don’t do tricks. They’re just big personalities on any production.
